Jonas Krumnikl, Managing Director
Jonas is the co-founder and partner of VA Property. He brings a wealth of real estate experience amassed from a diverse education and a highly challenging career in the sector which has seen him heading up commercial projects in Germany to consulting for an international property advisor in Madrid. He has built extensive expertise surrounding the dynamics of the property market including asset allocation, valuations, management and financing. Graduating from the LSE Madrid in Economics & Management, he further completed his Diploma in Real Estate Economics at ADI Frankfurt where he received special accolades for his thesis. Jonas is a German national and speaks fluent english, spanish and german. His unquestionable ability to deliver and desire to excel in this industry have culminated in the creation of VA Property.

Luca Tamburello, Managing Director
Luca is the co-founder and partner of VA Property. His international experience is highlighted by a career in the world of investment banking. Having dealt with sophisticated investors and ultra-high net worth clients, he is a seasoned sales person who understands the value of relationships. Luca is constantly challenging his creative thinking and applying originality to his work. He has implemented large scale marketing strategies and excels in negotiation scenarios. He graduated with a BSc Honours in Banking & International Finance from Cass Business School in London and also holds a Masters in Business Management from the ESCP-EAP in Paris. Luca is of Italian origin and speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Italian. Fascinated in real estate investments with a vision to offer a more personalised service and solution driven approach, Luca has leveraged his entrepreneurial flair to start-up VA Property.
